Michael Wells, Jr. Presents Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury:

Seeking assistance after an illness or injury can be overwhelming. Michael Wells, Jr. has been in the practice of assisting Social Security Disability applicants for over ten years. These seminars will provide the basic foundation of this practice area. Topics include: Social Security Disability (SSD) versus Social Security Income (SSI), who may qualify, types of disabilities, and the process of applying.

If you’re in an accident or hurt on the job, it can be difficult to know what to do, and what your rights are. That’s where the assistance of an experienced attorney can help immensely. Mike Wells, Sr. Presents Estate Planning and Trust Basics, Basics of Estate Administration, and Elder Law and Disability Planning:

Planning for your future can seem like a daunting, and maybe even unpleasant, task, and it’s likely that it’s something you’ve always considered doing “later.”  Nevertheless, it’s important to have your affairs in order at any age and health level, and we at Wells Law can help. Mike Wells, Sr. has over 30 years’ experience in Estate Planning, and can work with you to tailor a plan specifically for your and your family’s needs. Topics include: Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives.

Elder Law Care and Disability Planning can be difficult discussions to have and overwhelming to think about. This seminar provides basic information on these matters, including when to seek an attorney’s help in making some of these decisions. Topics may include: Medicare, Medicaid, and Special Needs Trusts.

Estate Administration can be overwhelming, especially if you find yourself in the position of Executor of an estate, and no clear idea on where (or how) to begin. In this  seminar, Mike Wells, Sr. presents an introduction to Estate Administration and the basics of the process. Topics include: Small Estates, Full Estates, and the role of the Executor.
