Mike Wells presents Estate Planning and Trust Basics from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Planning for your future can seem like a daunting, and maybe even unpleasant, task, and it’s likely that it’s something you’ve always considered doing “later.”  Nevertheless, it’s important to have your affairs in order at any age and health level, and we at Wells Law can help. Mike Wells, Sr. has over 30 years’ experience in Estate Planning, and can work with you to tailor a plan specifically for your and your family’s needs. Topics include: Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives.

Michael Wells presents Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, and Disability claims from 7:00 – 7:45 p.m.

Seeking assistance after an illness or injury can be overwhelming. Michael Wells, Jr. has been in the practice of assisting Social Security Disability applicants for over ten years. These seminars will provide the basic foundation of this practice area. Topics include: Social Security Disability (SSD) versus Social Security Income (SSI), who may qualify, types of disabilities, and the process of applying.

If you’re in an accident or hurt on the job, it can be difficult to know what to do, and what your rights are. That’s where the assistance of an experienced attorney can help immensely. At Wells Law, our attorneys have extensive experience in the area of workers’ compensation and personal injury, and will work with you to determine what your rights are and what you may be entitled to.

As always, these seminars are free and open to the public. We look forward to seeing you there!
